Propose a Department
The Syndicate may consider new departments where a serious need, competent leadership, clear function, and long-term organizational value can be demonstrated.
A department proposal should explain the intended function, the problem it addresses, the people involved, the expected area of work, and how it supports the Syndicate’s objective.
Defined, practical, long-term department concepts with clear responsibility and serious leadership.
Use “Department Proposal” for proposals or “Department Inquiry” for general inquiries.
