The International Declaration on Ethnic European Identity and Heritage (IDEH) sets out the public Foundational Alignment for those who wish to associate with this work in a serious and structured manner. It exists to provide a common reference point for alignment, cooperation, and coordinated action.

Signing affirms a shared baseline for alignment, credible cooperation, and coordinated action. It brings otherwise separate efforts under a common reference point without automatically creating membership, authority, or representation.

Applicants should read the declaration before submitting an application. The Syndicate may request clarification, additional information, or verification before accepting an individual or organizational application.

Informal or unregistered groups may apply through a designated representative using individual application.

Applications are reviewed case by case. Acceptance is required before signatory status applies

Use this form if you are applying in your own capacity to be reviewed as a signatory to IDEH, or as the designated representative of an informal or unregistered group.

Syndicate of European Heritage CLG reserves the right to request additional information, conduct interviews, or decline applications without obligation to provide detailed justification. Submission of this application does not create any contractual relationship, entitlement, or representation.
02 Organization Signatory Application Open

Use this form if you are an authorized representative applying on behalf of an organization seeking review as a signatory to the IDEH.

1. Identity

Provide the organization’s legal identity details as recorded in an official register.
The official registered name of the organization.

Provide the details of the person submitting this request on behalf of the organization. The representative should be authorized to communicate for the organization and, if invited, to execute the instrument.
