We invite individuals, groups, and organizations who share our values to join us in working toward clear, measurable results. The Syndicate of European Heritage is built on people of integrity, discipline, and commitment who recognize the urgency of our mission.

If you believe in preserving our heritage and ensuring continuity for the generations to come, this is your path to act. Not everyone is accepted. We value results over words, discipline over enthusiasm, and trust over numbers.

How to Apply

  1. Submit Your Interest — Select the role(s) that align with your skills. If none are listed, you may propose how you can contribute.

  2. Initial Conversation — We will review your application and arrange contact.

  3. Vetting — If initial assessment is successful, your vetting will be based  on the ‘Level of Involvement’ you selected.


Level 1 — Anonymous Contributor

Task-based support with minimal access, using function-specific vetting that allows anonymity to be retained. Operates under alias. Ideal for those who wish to contribute without disclosing identity.


Level 2 — Core Contributor

Project-based roles. Requires identity confirmation and full vetting. Works closely with the Directorate, Stakeholders other Contributors.


Level 3 — Stakeholder

Strategic involvement. High-trust role with access to planning and long-term development. Requires high-level vetting and active engagement with the mission at the highest level. Best suited for those ready for serious commitment and becoming a part of the core team.

For those with relevant background and experience there may be opportunities to assist in consultancy and field-oriented roles. These applications are handled through a separate process and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

REVENUE GENERATION

  • Salesperson for Security and Close Protection Services
    (B2B/B2C – commercial role; not part of Protection Department. Our share of profits is reinvested into the Syndicate’s non-profit operations.)

  • Shopify Sales Strategist
    (Advises on product selection, pricing, and promotional strategy. Focuses on driving traffic and increasing sales to support the organization’s mission.)

  • Fundraising & Donor Engagement
    (Develops and executes fundraising efforts, builds donor relationships, and supports resource generation to sustain the organization’s growth.)
